So it's officially Finals Week...

And we know you are staying up late. We know you have that like, fifteen foot canvas staring at you every night before you go to bed (why DID you paint the face first?) and your eyes are bleeding because you have been on photoshop since you woke up at 6am...yesterday.

Here's a small reminder: SLEEP AND EAT HEALTHY I SWEAR YOU GUYS IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE.


Eat some veggies at the meyerhoff, lay off the excess redbull and coffee, and seriously: get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. You will function better and not fall off your stool during critique and look like an idiot. Trust me, from experience - it's better if you just go to sleep the night before.
